Easy base for a 2-night stay. There is an electric kettle, coffee/tea making machines and a fridge in the room. You should definitely explore Merivale district, it's worth it. Breakfast is available for nzd 13 per person per day...

camelot motor lodge was excellent value for money and very close to hare krishna temple. papanui neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
